Do I need to understand advertising?
No. You never operate ad accounts or write campaigns. Your job is the customer relationship; ours is the delivery.
How do I refer a customer?
After approval, your Welcome Kit explains the exact steps — a simple email introduction is enough to register a lead under your name.
How do I know a customer counts as mine?
First to submit wins: once you register a lead, it is protected for you for 90 days. If the customer signs within the window, they are attributed to you permanently.
Can I refer my existing customers?
Yes — as long as the customer is not already using Mmedia. Your existing customer base is exactly where most partners start.
How is my commission calculated?
40% of the subscription fees your customer actually pays. Advertising budget (paid by the customer directly to ad platforms) and one-time fees are not part of the base.
How long do I keep earning?
For the lifetime of the customer. As long as they keep subscribing, you keep receiving your share — there is no time limit.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are settled monthly and paid by the 15th of the following month via Wise or PayPal, once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over.
What if my customer cancels?
Commission stops while they are away. If they come back later, they are still your customer and your share resumes.
Can I join from any country?
Yes. There are no exclusive territories — partners anywhere in the world are welcome.
How long does approval take?
